Privacy policy

This policy explains what data the Telegos service at telegos.app collects, why it is needed and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

Order data: the link you submit, the service and quantity chosen, and the email address you give so that the order status can be sent to you.
Account data, if you create an account: email, password hash, balance and order history.
Payment data: amount, currency, method and the identifier returned by the payment provider. Card numbers and wallet credentials never reach our servers — they are entered on the provider’s side.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and the interface language you selected.
Support correspondence: the messages you send us and our replies.

2. Why we use it

To place, fulfil and track your orders, which includes passing the link and the quantity to the supplier who performs the work.
To accept and confirm payment.
To answer support requests.
To detect fraud and abuse of the Service.
To show the site in the language you selected.

3. Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: the interface language you chose, stored for one year, and — if you sign in — a session identifier. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

4. Who else sees your data

Suppliers who fulfil the order receive the link and the quantity, and nothing else.
Payment providers receive what they need to process the payment.
Authorities, where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to advertisers.

5. How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as the Service needs them and as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Support correspondence is kept while it may still matter to your case. Technical logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

6. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write through the support form on the site. Note that deleting order data may make it impossible to process refunds or claims for those orders.

7. Security

Traffic between you and the site is encrypted. Passwords are stored as hashes, never as plain text. Access to the admin panel is limited to staff who need it for their work.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for people below the age at which, under the law applicable to them, they may enter into such agreements on their own.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated; the version in force is always the one published on this page. Questions about it go through the support form on the site.
